We attach great importance to respecting our intervention deadlines. we strive to carry out repairs on the spot.
in less than 30 minutes and in less than 2 hours for workshop repairs (flat tire, fuel error, etc…).

In order to make the member’s waiting time ever shorter, we have a geolocation system on each intervention vehicle, allowing us to know the exact position of each vehicle and therefore to send the closest vehicle on the intervention.

METHODOLOGY

ON THE 1st CALL :

– The administrative team, composed of the manager, the operations manager, the dispatchers and 2 secretaries, evaluates the breakdown with you so that the intervention can be triggered immediately and effectively.
For any delicate intervention (ravine, road exit…) the sending of photos via /and or smartphones, e-mail is possible. The use of a remote office by the on-call dispatcher allows the reception of all useful information 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

– Then it immediately mandates the appropriate and nearby crew on the intervention.

– All the intervention vehicles are geolocated and equipped with on-board tools, which allows simultaneous calls to be made as and when required to quickly make available the necessary technicians and towing vehicles.
